I just bought an Acer laptop from Spain?
The keyboard is not functioning well and it's in spanish, some softwares is in Spanish language. Can you help me to solve this problem_

I would recommend formatting the hard drive, installing a fresh English copy of Windows and starting from scratch. If you don't speak Spanish you have a difficult task ahead of you. ~ Or you could hold it up to the monitor and maybe we could see what is wrong.

call acer and tell them its broken. If they will tell you its your fault and they won't fix it then throw it out the window or sell it
