going to spain-wifi laptop,usb adapter,my provider,talktalk,do not cover europe will i still be able to connec?
talktalk does not provide in europe will i still be able to connect???

Not if it doesn't cover Europe and you're going to a country in Europe. You could connect to free wifi in places like hotels and other places if you're on vacation though
