need to use my laptop for the internet in Spain?
does anyone know the cheapest way I can use my laptop on the internet in rural spain, I dont have a phone line and am unable to connect that way, I know can buy a modem dongle thing here in the uk but the rental costs are staggering!!

Can you set up a wifi service with your mobile (cellular) provider that will also work on the continent? You should then be able to buy your own access antenna (maybe that's what the modem dongle is but the term is new to me) if it is not provided by the service provider. Of course, rural Spain may be it's own problem for phone service, let alone wifi
